Sherri Dast
Sherrie Uptmore Dast is currently on the Board of Directors and also served as a council member for the City of River Oaks. Mrs. Dast is currently the court administrator for the City of Sansom Park and is the secretary for the city's EDC board. During her volunteering she has been the 2000 Chamber Citizen of the Quarter, River Oaks Volunteer of the Year. She has been recognized by Kiwanis International as Distinguished Secretary and Treasurer in 2001.
Sherrie is also on the board of the River Oaks Historical Society; assist the Lion's Club, proud supporter of the Castleberry Athletics and Lion Youth Association. You can also find her volunteering at the River Oaks Community Center.Sherrie and husband, Bill, have lived in River Oaks 26 years with their son, Bill. She attends John Knox Presbyterian Church. The whole family is committed to charity work. God bless the Troops!

Larrie Boyett
I grew up in River Oaks and graduated from Castleberry. I moved away but moved back in 1999 into the home in which I was born. I taught high school for 29 years, primarily government and economics, and retired in 2001. I love River Oaks, its old trees, its location, its history, and its tranquility. I want to promote it in any way I can.
Treasurer
Melva Campbell
I have lived in Westworth Village 39 years and have been active in Village politics over 30 years. Past involvement:
*Served on the City Council and numerous committees.
*Helped with a drug prevention class at Burton Hill Elementary School for 10 years and mentored for 5 years at the school.
*Helped get a Village lending library established in 1988.
I am currently chairman of the planning and Zoning Commission in Westworth Village, a board member on the Tri-City Chamber of Commerce, the Westside Optimist Club, the Westworth Redevelopment Authority, and a member of the Site Based Management Team at Burton Hill Elementary School. I am also active in my church (Westworth Church of Christ) and participate in many of its activities.

Jack Adkison
Since 2007 Jack G. Adkison has served as President for the Tri-City Area Chamber of Commerce. He has played an active role in community life for the city of River Oaks. Jack has served as a city council member for 26 years and fulfilled various terms as Mayor Pro-tem. From 1997 until 2003 he was the Mayor of River Oaks. During this time he also served in various officiary positions for the Texas Municipal League Region 8, Tarrant County Mayors Council, Board of Firefighters 500 and the Tarrant County Emergency 911. Jack is a current member ROABA, RO/SPA Chamber and the Tri-City Area Chamber.
Jack has been married to his wife Jeanne for twelve years. He has four children and thirteen grandchildren.
